As a plaintiff in a similar, federal case, the Women’s Liberation Front has filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court in the case of Gloucester County School Board v. G.G., in which a school board has petitioned the Supreme Court to review a decision by a U.S. Appeals Court that deprives students of their right to have access to sex-segregated spaces.

This case is important because this issue goes far beyond bathrooms. It in fact extends to the ability of women and girls to access locker rooms, shower rooms, changing rooms, dormitories, sports teams, crisis services, scholarships and colleges that are reserved exclusively for women and girls, and because it goes to an even larger issue - whether women and girls can be protected by civil rights laws at all. This case asks the question whether “women” even exist anymore as a legally-protected or definable category.

We need another $29,000 to continue this fight in the courts, and every dollar contributed on this page will support our fight against harmful gender identity policies. Stand up for women: Join us today.
